The 3 bedroom villa situated on the south coast of Menorca at Binibeca and overlooking Cala Torret. Approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport and Mahon, the capital city with the local working village of Sant Lluis only a 10 minute drive away.

The villa has an idyllic setting. Cut into the hillside and surrounded by colourful gardens it overlooks both the sea and a wooded valley. The villa is reached by a flight of steps running down through the gardens  making it unsuitable for either the infirm or an active toddler.

On the ground floor is the entrance hall, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom with king bed, shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. A few steps down leads to the sunken sitting room where a music system to play either tapes or CDs, a TV receiving UK Freesat channels and a DVD / VCR player are all provided. You can connect your iPod to the music system.

On the first floor there are two further twin bedrooms and a full bathroom with over bath shower. You can access the roof terraces and laundry room from this level.

To the side of the villa is a terrace with a traditional Menorcan chimney barbeque.

Both the undercover bar with its own fridge and the exterior dining terrace overlook the pool. After dark lighting illuminates the pool terrace and the pool has underwater lighting for safety when night bathing. With interior corner steps, the pool measures approximately 8 x 3 metres.

The pool and roof terraces all look south to the Mediterranean overlooking Cala Torret and are equipped with a more than ample supply of sun beds.

At Cala Torret (a 3 minute stroll away from the villa) there are restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, two bars with SKY TV for the sports enthusiasts and a slipway.

In the local working village of Sant Lluis, less than 10 minutes by car, there are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, banks, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, estate agents, a pharmacy, a Church, Police Station, a windmill, an Internet café, Sports Hall and shops selling a wide variety of personal and household goods.

Beautiful Binibeca beach with its safe bathing for all ages and superb beach bar is also just a short walk away. One of Menorca's Diving Centres is located between Cala Torret and the beach.

Due to the villa's location car hire is unnecessary however, it is recommended to allow you to see more of the island.
